The Award

Created with the aim of recognizing and valuing Itubers' exceptional ideas and practices, the Walther Moreira Salles Award is an institutional award that has been held annually for more than 20 years and, at each edition, rewards Itubers' initiatives that drive the positive transformation of society, in addition to reinforcing our commitment to continually make of Itaú one of the best companies to work for.

To reaffirm the focus on maintaining the daily practice of the Itubers Culture, the categories reflect our values and the bank’s strategic priorities, and the projects submitted must truly translate these drivers put into practice – from the conception of the idea to the execution of the initiative – such as passion for delighting customers, ambition for results, a careful look at positive impact, and the strategic use of artificial intelligence.
